Snowfall Plug-in

:hi: Everyone,

In the spirit of the season, I purchased this plug-in for our forum. Realizing that not everyone will want to view snowflakes, each member can control what he/she can view by settings in their profile. Lastly, I will only enable the plug-in during the weekends through Christmas.

Go to...Edit Profile -> Settings -> Display Settings. Here you can disable the snow flakes or adjust the size and number.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Regards,

M

Thanks Schimp.

I'm sure some will find this plug-in annoying so that is why I enabled individual control in each users profile. There are additional themes like Christmas, Fall, Birthday etc. that can be used as appropriate.

Whether you like it or not, at least I receive an A+ for effort. :D

Thank you,Traumgipser.

As I wrote in a previous post...members can disable the snowfall effect by going to: Edit Profile -> Settings -> Display Settings. You can even change the size and number of displayed flakes. ;)

I have a slightly different theme I'll introduce as we get closer to Christmas.

Best to all,

M

I may sound like Grinchen but plug-ins like this is pure stupid and very annoying. I'm glad it's possible to turn it of in my settings but I'm not happy with bling-bling and bad taste effects. Don't spend money on stupid things like this. It's the content on the board that is important. Not bling-bling.

I'm actually surprised by your rude public comment since I didn't expect it from you. I've had numerous positive comments and in fact...when I turned the effects off Sunday night I had 7 PM's Monday morning asking me to enable the plug-in once more.

Lastly, your're certainly entitled to your opinion but you are not entitled to tell me how to spend my money. What's really in bad taste here is your rude and disrespectful behavior.

Well, I live in a locale where it does not snow very often, and I am enjoying the snowflakes.

@ Action Jackson ,
